This June 1982 Smith & Wesson manufactured three page leaflet is for the Model 3000 Pump 12 Gauge Shotgun and features a schematic of the shotgun which corresponds with the parts list. Item is in good condition with small tears on fold lines, foxing and honest wear. (file photo)
